Discord leveling bot: LEO Levels
LEO Levels gives members XP the more they chat and hang out in voice, and hands out roles automatically when they reach the levels you set. Multipliers and rewards can be set with commands or with a few clicks in the web panel.
How XP adds up
These are the defaults; every server can change them.
- Chat: 7–13 XP per message. The same member earns again after a cooldown (60 seconds by default). You can also choose XP based on message length.
- Voice: 6 XP per minute in a voice channel.
- 500 XP for boosting the server, 200 XP for inviting a member.
- Reaching level N takes N² × 100 total XP. Level 10 is 10,000 XP.
XP multipliers per channel and role
Set a multiplier per channel, like 2× for an event channel and 0.5× for off-topic. Role multipliers stack on top of channel multipliers, and you choose how multipliers combine for members with several roles.
Level reward roles
Set a role per level, like "Sprout" at level 5 and "Regular" at level 20, and members get it the moment they reach it.
- Choose whether reward roles stack or only the highest tier is kept.
- Added rewards later? One sync gives the roles to members who are already past that level.
- Admins can grant or remove XP, for example as event prizes.
Rank and leaderboard
/rank shows your level and the XP left to the next one; /leaderboard shows the server ranking.
Moving from MEE6 or another leveling bot
LEO Levels' reward roles, multipliers and level-up messages are free. Register the reward roles you used with your old bot and sync, and members' roles are matched to their levels.
